3. Customs, Import Regulations & Compliance
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable import, customs, and regulatory requirements for research materials in their country.
Sphnix, Inc is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or refusals by customs or regulatory authorities. We cannot provide refunds for orders delayed, rejected, or confiscated due to local import restrictions.
4. Packaging & Shipping Conditions
All shipments are prepared and packaged to protect contents from typical temperature and handling variations in transit.
Before completing checkout, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, complete, and deliverable. Sphnix, Inc cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within of the marked delivery time (or expected delivery date, if never received).
When contacting us, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and product (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and determine next steps, which may include filing a carrier claim and, when appropriate, issuing a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5.1 Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with household members / front desk / mail room
- Check any parcel lockers or secure drop locations
- Confirm the address used on the order
- Contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. Sphnix, Inc is not responsible for theft, misdelivery to an address provided by the customer, or packages left in unsecured areas such as apartment lobbies or mailrooms.
6. Order Tracking
Once your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
Please monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially if you are shipping to a shared or unsecured location.
