1. Returns
All sales are final. Because our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research use — and cannot be restocked, tested, or resold once they have left our control — we do not accept returns for any reason other than verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
This policy protects product authenticity, prevents contamination, and ensures that every researcher receives uncompromised material.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within of the marked delivery time.
When you reach out, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue (e.g. "bottle cracked," "wrong product received," etc.)
- Clear photos of the packaging, label, and product (if applicable)
Once the claim is reviewed and verified, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the situation and product availability. Resolution is at the discretion of Sphnix, Inc.
Claims submitted outside the stated time window or without sufficient documentation may be denied.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow for processing after your refund has been confirmed. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund is the direct result of a confirmed packing/shipping error made by Sphnix, Inc.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within provided the order has not already been packed or shipped.
Once an order moves into fulfillment, preparation, or carrier handoff, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. This includes changes to product quantity, shipping address, or payment method.
5. Responsibility for Product After Delivery
After delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for safe handling, storage, security, and usage of the product transfers to the buyer.
Sphnix, Inc is not responsible for product degradation, contamination, improper storage, or misuse after delivery.
